Mrs. Crunk is responsible for the daily operations of  the entire community, along with its staffing and leadership. She is the point of contact for all resident services and any concerns regarding the memory support assisted living community. Helen was awarded the National Administrator of the Year in 2007 by the National Center for Assisted Living.
