Hillcrest Health Systems is a private, locally owned and operated company founded in 1988 by social worker, Jolene Roberts, and has rapidly grown to become a leader in the senior living industry. Mrs. Roberts has more than twenty-five years experience working with families and the elderly. Twenty of these years have been owning and managing senior health care facilities.
Mrs. Roberts holds a Masters Degree in Social Work and Gerontology, is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, Licensed Mental Health Practitioner, and a Certified Master Social Worker. Mrs. Roberts believes that quality of care can be delivered with respect, dignity and professionalism for the benefit of the entire family in addition to the individual needing care.

Hillcrest Health Plaza is a redevelopment of Hillcrest Care and Rehabilitation which has been providing quality long-term care for Bellevue and the surrounding area since 1967. The innovative and uniquely designed community is comprised of four business entities. They are Hillcrest Health & Rehab, Hillcrest Physical Therapy, Victoria Gardens and Lillie's House. Our healthcare complex provides services that include:

Mable Rose Estates is our elegant Assisted Living community conveniently located at the corner of Hwy 370 and 48th Street. Mable Rose Estates was the first Assisted Living community in Sarpy County and offers a private apartment lifestyle with availability of assistance for personal care and daily support when needed. In 2005 Mable Rose Estates added two new services to the continuum of healthcare provided by Hillcrest Health Systems - two Memory Support Homes and The Club - Adult Day Services. Hillcrest Home Care is a fully certified Home Health Agency serving Douglas, Sarpy and Pottawatomie counties. Hillcrest Home Care is dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to individuals in their homes while maintaining their dignity, independence and quality of life. Services include skilled nursing, therapy, homemaker services and senior companion services. Hillcrest Country Estates is located in a 44 acre country setting at the corner of Hwy 370 and 60th Street in Papillion, Nebraska. This unique retirement community features waterfalls, gardens and trails with convenient access to many of the amenities of the City. Phase one and two of this project are now open with the introduction of Hillcrest's innovative approach to long term skilled nursing. The Cottages and the Signature Living Villas for people 55 and older. Also planned for this property will be the Grand Lodge which will include Independent Living Apartment Homes and Assisted Living Apartment Homes. The Grand Lodge will feature an aquatic center, wellness center, spa, salon, grand ballroom, pub, two dining venues, game room, business center, health clinic, underground parking and more. Hospice is a philosophy of care. The goal of hospice is to enable patients to continue an alert, pain-free life and to manage other symptoms so that their last days may be spent with dignity and quality, surrounded by their loved ones. Hospice affirms life and does not hasten or postpone death. Hospice care treats the person rather than the disease; it focuses on quality rather than length of life. It provides family-centered care and involves the patient and the family in making decisions. Care is provided for the patient and family 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Hospice care can be given in the patient's home, a hospital, nursing home, or private hospice facility.
